Statistical Investigation of Rotary Fluidized Bed Agglomeration Process with Tangential Spray and In-Line Particle Size Measurement for PAT Process Control

چکیده

A statistical design of experiments for a rotary fluidized bed agglomeration process is performed to improve both the knowledge and influence parameters. Agglomerates pharmaceutical formulation are manufactured in laboratory rotor apparatus with tangential spray nozzle. Particle size measured in-line over entire spatial filter velocimetry probe installed directly chamber off-line dynamic image analysis comparison. The parameters rate, pressure, speed, air temperature on investigated using central composite design. In-line measurement particle possible process. Spray square temperature, some interactions proved be statistically significant. indicates good agreement similar trend. successful application at scale control reduce risk failed batches serves as basis transferring production scale.
